STEP 1: DEFINING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS OR CONSULTATION
Part 1: Our consultants and program managers analyse the business needs and objectives of our clients, defining critical issues such as their needs, competition and brand identity. By gaining insight into these business issues, we can define the project scope and provide the general direction for our detailed work plan.
Part 2: Sinfosys Technology understands that end users will define the success of a product. Therefore, Sinfosys Technology analyses the characteristics of the intended users to define the functional and user-interface requirements for the project.
STEP 2: DEVELOPMENT
Virtual concepts combines the business requirements and the user needs to develop efficient and reliable solution proposals. We built prototypes to illustrate the proposals, which we present to the client to determine the best solution. We analyse technologies and decide on possible architectures. Finally, we test the solution for usibility to ensure approval by end users.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION
Sinfosys Technology combines the user interface and most appropriate technology architecture to built the solution. We make the product available for user acceptance and quality assurance testing. The product will be launched thereafter.
STEP 4: ENHANCEMENT
Things Changed : business needs, user needs, competition, Technology. We organize feedback from business representatives and end users to identify such changes and we monitor usage to define opportunities for enhancements. Based on this information, we develop new solutions that shape the new generation of products.
STEP 5: TRAINING
Sinfosys Technology will provide further value to our customers, by ensuring that all product users are properly trained in the use of all software solutions.
