Our Crew Management System is a complete human resource system to manage the complex resource allocations requirements for shipping companies. Some of the modules involved are:
- Crew Information: Every crew’s information and details can be accessed, including their work history, skills and medical records.
- Points System: This module enables the crew manager to rate individual crew’s work performance for future references and to make objective decisions.
- Licenses and qualifications: This module helps to track each crew’s certificates, such as expiry or validity dates, plus to correctly allocate crews to the the specific vessel types based on his certificates.
- Reports: This module provides various crew reports as required in the industry.
Ship Certificate Management System
The Ship Certificate Management System provides an easy and efficient way for ship owners and operators to manage certifications of their vessels, crews and class items. The SCMS allows various types of ship certificates to be created and to link them with each vessel. There will also be alerts or reminder system for certificate renewals or inspections due dates which can be customised.
The system can also perform tasks to assign crew members to different vessels, and alert ship owners and operator whenever there are shortage of personnels.
