A relief duty officer/admin, can easily assign a relief duty all through their mobile phone, without the need of going on their laptop. This is insanely useful for when a relief duty officer/admin is on the MRT or bus.
Our relief planning system shows a comprehensive eagles view is shown of all the available teachers for relief planning. A red tile means the teacher has a lesson in that period, while a white tile indicates that the teacher is free in that period. The yellow is the lesson which we are assigning a relief duty. Stats of a selected teacher is also shown at the bottom (e.g. how may times this teacher has substituted, absences, and more)
Criteria can be set, to prioritize a certain group of teachers when the auto generation selects a relief duty teacher. Such as, prioritize teachers in the same class, same subject, most free and more.
By clicking the "Generate" button the system automatically assigns the best relief duty teacher within 10 seconds, based on criteria and filters adjusted, eliminating the need for manual teacher relief planning. Manual changes can still be made even after generation.
Relevant teachers can view their relief duty on our web portal, or mobile application, in which they will receive a real-time notification of their duty.

Our system offers a wide array of different reports, for example summary of absenting teachers, summary of substitutors, and more.
